Do my users need an account?+
No. They open the chat and write to you. If your app has accounts, pass the user ID and every device of that account shares one thread.
Which platforms are supported?+
Native iOS 17+ with SwiftUI or UIKit, and React Native / Expo. The React Native SDK is plain TypeScript, so it works in Expo Go as well as dev builds.
Can I use it in more than one app?+
Yes. Add each app with its own app key and answer them all from one inbox, with your whole team.
What happens when I'm offline?+
Users can still leave a message. Turn on AI replies to answer from your docs around the clock, or get pinged in Telegram and reply from there.
Can I make the chat match my app?+
Yes. Accent color, title and welcome message are remote config, so you can change them without shipping an update.
How do offers work?+
Send an offer card with a StoreKit product ID from the inbox. When the user taps it, your app gets a callback to start the purchase, and the result shows up in the thread.
